- Commercial freight carrier
- Free if order is over $1500.
- Orders under $1500 will be charged for shipping when order is made.
- 2-4 weeks upon order.
- Carefully inspect all items for visible damages.
- Carefully count the number of cabinets and make sure they match the proof of delivery.
- Carefully inspect cabinet sizes.
- After doing all of the above, sign the proof of delivery.
- Notify the driver if there are any missing items.
- We will ship missing items via UPS.
- If there are any damaged or defective items, please take a picture with written details and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- A customer service rep will contact you on the shipping and handling procedures.
- Kitchen Cabinet Mart will replace the item and pay for shipping.
Return of Unwanted Items
- If the items are still in the box, a re-stocking fee of 25% will be charged.
- If the items are already assembled, a re-stocking fee of 40% will be charged.
- The buyer will also pay for the return shipping.
- Cancellation on orders after 24 hours will incur a $100 fee.
- Email changes to email@example.com not more than one week after order is made. If changes are made after that period a fee of $20 will be incurred.
